COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sanyo Denki 66BM010HBRB0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schneeberger products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schrader parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schneider product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schneeberger such as the BMW25 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B53132018X0200 manufactured by Schrader and we are pleased to be able to service most Schrader systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BCH0802O02A1C by Manufacturer Schneider as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schweitzer Brand 250604254X in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sanyo-Denki such as R511B012EL8 equipment made by Sanyo-Denki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sanyo-Denki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sanyo-Denki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DAI made by Schneider as well as the popular R2AA0875FXH11M original spares produced by Sanyo-Denki Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 019000220 by Sekidenko-/-Eaton and R511B012EL8 spares by Sanyo-Denki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 371403 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schunk. |
